1. Pantler contracts independent or external couriers for our deliveries.
2. If you wish for premium delivery by one of our staff, please select and add the option to cart. This is an add-on to our current delivery fee.
3. Pantler will not be responsible for any courier providing these services.
4. Pantler will not be responsible for any damages or accept any complaints once the product has left our premises.
5. In case of loss or damage, claims should be made directly to the courier or logistics supplier. We will provide all necessary contact details.
6. Please ensure that all recipients are aware of the delivery and that there is someone to receive the order. The courier may attempt to contact you or the recipient during the delivery so please ensure that all contact numbers are correct and available.
7. Please note that re-delivery is not possible and if required, will attract an additional fee.
8. Delivery will only be confirmed once the delivery fee has been paid.
9. Please note that we may not be able to deliver during peak periods.
